How Do I Order?

Do you deliver?

Yes. Currently located in Warrensville Heights, I deliver within a 20 mile radius for an additional $10 fee. Otherwise a pick-up time will be arranged.

How Do I Pay?

Meal prep orders are due every week by Wednesday 4pm. Deliveries and/or pick-ups for those meals are Sunday. There are a couple different options for placing your order- you can place your order on this website by choosing the Order tab. You can also call, text, email, or use any of the available social media outlets to tell me what you would like to order.

Can I Change My Order?

Full payment is required upon ordering. I will not begin preparing any orders before I have received the total amount due. I accept payments via CashApp ($ImaniB1130), Apple Pay and Zelle. If you have any further questions or concerns about payment, do not hesitate to contact me.

Once the order has been reviewed with you, no changes may be made. If you have any food allergies or if you would like to exclude any ingredients please let me know upon placing your order.

Can juice detoxes be used for meal replacements?

Yes. This is perfectly fine. However, I would not recommend this for a long period of time as juicing depletes fruit & veggies of their fiber so you will need to replace it. Also feel free to drink your juices leisurely throughout the day/week.

What if I have allergies?

PLEASE inform me of all food allergies upon ordering. IBE will not be held responsible for meals deemed unsatisfactory due to personal preference if not informed upon ordering.
