IBE was created as a meal prep business but has since grown and now offers many products to suite your health & wellness needs. We pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients to create delicious options to be enjoyed by everyone. The goal is to show that implementing health conscious efforts doesn't have to be hard it just has to become habit. IBE is ready to meet you wherever you are in your healthy lifestyle journey.

How To Order

1. What Do You Want To Order?

First choose the kind of IBE products you wish to purchase. The options are breakfast, lunch/ dinner, cold-pressed juices, bundles (which include a combination of the before mentioned), add-ons and kids prep.

2. Choose How Many

Currently offered is the option of 5 or 7 breakfast meals and 5, 7, or 10 lunch/dinner meals. Juices are sold in sets of 5.

3. Choose Your Meals

The number of meal options depend on the number of meals you order. 5 meals allow for 2 picks from the menu; 7 meals for 3 and 10 meals allow 4 picks. The full menu can be found under the view menu tab.

4. Checkout

View your cart to complete the ordering process. You will be asked if you would like to pick-up your order or have it delivered. You will also be asked for you name and contact info.

5. Payment

Payment is required before your order is accepted. Payment options include credit or debit card and manual payment which include: Zelle (contact@innerbodyexcellence.com), Cashapp ($InnerBodyExcellence), Apple Pay (216-347-8689), or cash (due before ordering deadline Friday 4pm).
